Absolutely best service I could've imagined! We did 2 carpet cleans (someone came to pickup and then drop off a week later after cleaning was done) and then we did a sofa and mattress clean with Love Your Centre. In both cases all my interactions with employees were exceptional. Of course, the products were super clean as well! The staff really care about customer service. They honoured the price quoted online even though I self-inputted information so wasn't sure if it was correct! The cleaning was done on time and with very minimal disruptions to our home. Overall I was very satisfied and have already recommended other neighbours to use this cleaning service!

I used the service for rug cleaning and repair and for drapes as well. The communications were most efficient, you can get a quote within a minute, pick up and delivery as promised and excellent quality of work. Highly recommended.

Richard Chung, came into our office to remove an oil stain which occurred by accident and to clean our office area as well. I knew it would probably be impossible to remove the stain. Richard said, I'll do my very best to remove the stain as much as possible. To my amazement he actually got the oil stain out. The rest of the office was cleaned to perfection. Richard really cares about customers being happy with the job he does. he's polite, courteous and enjoys his profession. I would recommend Love Your Rug for any type of cleaning even for home. If you can, get Richard to do any cleaning you require.

Excellent work and service carpets are great

This is the second time I have used Love Your Rug Cleaning. Both times I have been pleased with their work from Pick up to Return. All the company reps I spoke with were polite and helpful. The rugs were returned as promised and they look terrific.

Richard was awesome! He thoroughly inspected and explained the cleaning process before starting. He was friendly and engaging. The old coffee stains came right out. My carpeting now looks clean and bright!

Technician arrived on time, explained the process and approximate time to complete. On completion carpet was several shades lighter. He advised that perhaps more frequent cleaning would be useful in assisting in the longevity of carpet. He was honest and I agree. LYR has done both my living room & dining room area rugs which take a lot of heavy foot and pet traffic and they are always returned like new. Pricing is quite reasonable, staff answer any questions regarding repair costing. Totally satisfied with service, staff and pricing. Give them a try.

These guys managed to get some terrible doggy stains out of the carpet. It actually looked like an entirely new house afterwards!

Best service ever. They were even able to get rid of the cat urine smell. They are also the most reasonably priced. I did my research snd decided on Love Your Rug. Gary picks up your rug and delivers it back when cleaned. He is so polite and quick. Recommend

I call Richard, Kanye of Carpet Cleaning. He was THAT good! Richard is really great at his job, very fast and super friendly. My carpet has not been cleaned since Covid started, so Richard was faced with a tough job, but he was up to that challenge. I also am super detail oriented, really into cleanliness, and I would notice if the job was done sloppily or if stains were not removed. Richard's cleaning of the carpeted stairs was impeccable. I will hire Love your Rug Cleaning company, and will specifically ask for Richard again. Strongly recommend both the company as well as Richard to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

I have had rugs picked up and cleaned as well as having an armchair and recliner cleaned in home. This company is 5+ stars in everything they do. Pick up and drop off of the rugs was seamless. Amazing service by Love Your Rug! I had them clean the entire house as I was moving out. 7 years of cats did not do the carpets well. Was offered the extra cleaner which I took. Back to new. Very professional and courteous. Did a great job but deep down dirt didn't cone out in spots. I used oxi dish soap and a scrubber afterwards and was able to remove the stubborn stains. I am sure they were lifted though in order for me to remove.

Everyone I interacted with over the phone at this company was great. The carpets in my rental unit look really clean now. The price I was quoted and paid was very reasonable. The driver / carpet cleaner kept me posted on arrival time and once the job was completed. I didn’t need to be onsite for any of the process which was super convenient for me.

We did a major house cleaning project recently with Love Your Rug and they were fabulous! They cleaned our area rugs, carpeting, upholstery, curtains and clothing. I would highly recommend them.

Just wanted to drop a line for my recent experience with this company. I got my rugs picked up, cleaned and delivered back home. It was easy and the rugs and the rugs looked very clean for sure. I will be sending them back the next time they need cleaning.

The man who came to clean the carpet was polite efficient and let me know about the probable outcome of the rug cleaning- what it could and could not do. I agreed and he proceeded. I have two minor issues- Took longer to dry -with fan and dehumidifier on high took 2 days. There was residual soap film on the carpet in a a few spots.

In plus side Richard did a great job. However the quote is per square feet, but they charge for total size of the room not the area is being cleaned. In our case we had to pay over 5 times the quoted price as most of the rooms were cover with bed and furniture. Richard deserves 5 stars for his work.
