I just wanted to tell you all that your work is absolutely incredible. I almost threw out one of my recently cleaned rug many times because it seemed beyond repair. It was special to me because i found it at an estate sale many years ago, and always love it. I didn't even realize the colors were so bright. It's better than i ever could have imagined. I was so stressed about finding a place that would clean it, dropping it off, picking it up, paying many times more for it to be cleaned than what i paid for it originally....And you cured all of those worries! I just had my clean rug delivered and I just had to send an e-mail to tell you how fantastic it looks. It was a white rug with red wine stains, a lot of dust and a few urine stains from our puppy - but it looks brand new! Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job. Great service, the rug was cleaned beautifully, even all my dogs hair(which are like little needles that work their way into everything!) were removed...i am very happy. Pick up and delivery was on point as well.
