Your Customer service has been outstanding!
We were not happy with our rug after the first cleaning, as it still had the same pet smell as before.
You were quick to arrange for it to be picked back up and redone at no expense to us. The drivers were friendly, courteous and always gave us a heads up when they were on their way.
A little pricey, but well worth it.
We will definitely use your rug cleaning service again and
we would highly recommend your services.

Just wanted to leave a feedback- Got my rug carefully picked up on time. Very impressive and satisfactory service. No stains left and the spill damage was properly cleaned. Overall very happy with the service. Definitely, worth recommending to others!

We are happy with the work you did for us. Pickup and delivery were handled
efficiently. The price did change from the estimate but you did advise that
it might happen. So that's fair. The quality of cleaning was quite
satisfactory. We will use you again.

The rug looks fantastic. I'm very pleased with the results. The pickup/drop off process was very convenient. I would definitely use your service again!!!

I would have to give the entire experience a full five stars from start to
finish. Your pickup and delivery guy, Juan, was very professional and
pleasant to deal with. My only complaint, and not a big one, would be that I
was told that Juan would call 15-20 minutes prior to arrival and that did
not occur on either end of the service. My wife was thrilled at how well the
rug turned out considering how much it needed the cleaning.
I will definitely use your services again and I will also recommend you to
anyone needing a rug cleaned.
